If you placed your order while logged into your customer account, tracking details will also appear in your personal space.

For home delivery: the parcel will be handed over upon presentation of valid identification.
In case of absence, incorrect or unreachable address: the carrier may leave a delivery notice, attempt another delivery, or drop the parcel at a nearby pickup point. You will be notified of the selected option.<\/p>

Parcels that are not collected within the specified time will be returned to Lidia Crochet Tricot. In such cases, you will be refunded for your order excluding shipping fees<\/strong>, which remain your responsibility.<\/p>
