You can use your points as soon as you accumulate at least 20 points.

Click on “apply” and your store credit will be applied to your order. You can check it in the total amount to pay for your order.

If you have lost your store credit due to a technical error or an issue with your account, follow these steps:

Modify an order:

If you have already placed an order but wish to make changes (quantity, product), please contact customer service immediately. Lidia Crochet Tricot processes orders quite quickly, so the sooner you contact support, the more likely you are to modify your order before it is shipped. If the order has not yet been sent, we can modify it. If the order has already been completed (and shipped), a modification will no longer be possible.

Cancel an order:

To cancel an order, send a message to customer service as soon as possible to cancel the purchase before it is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it will be more difficult to cancel, but you can still request a return according to their return policy.

Exchanges and Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.

  • The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the items.

Once the package is sent, wait for our confirmation of receipt in our warehouse. We will inform you once your return is received.

When we receive the returned items, we will check their condition. Then, we will proceed with the refund for the corresponding amount, deducting return fees if applicable.
