How much do I pay for the shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the option chosen. Lidia Crochet Tricot sends its parcels with SEUR-DPD, GLS, Mondial Relay or Correos. We want to reduce your shipping costs as much as possible. You can choose between available delivery (at home or at a pick-up point).
For France and Belgium, the delivery price is reduced from 60 euros, in increments of 10 €, to finally arrive at free delivery, from a certain amount, depending on the country of delivery.
You can track your order with the shipment number, available in your personal account, for each order, or in the final confirmation email of your order. What are the payment methods accepted by Lidia Crochet Tricot?
We accept payments by:

The payment on our shop is very secure, we have installed a security certificate. Besides, all payments are made on secure platforms.
Payment by bank transfer is not automatic. You receive all the banking information to make the payment in the email confirming your order. You can also find this information on the page of our “Conditions of sale”, in the “Payment” section.
How long does it take to receive your order?
It all depends on the delivery method chosen. Orders are sent very quickly from our warehouse (any order placed from Monday to Friday before 3:00 p.m. is generally sent the same day). We indicate these delivery times for each type of delivery.

Is the Lidia Crochet Tricot website secure? Is my information secure?
The Lidia Crochet Tricot website is very secure. We use an SSL security certificate. Besides you can see this aspect by the presence of the green padlock, accompanied by the word “Secure” to the left of the website URL. All your information is safe. When you make a payment, you make it via a secure server. Lidia Crochet Tricot never has access to your bank information.
What exactly happens after placing an order?
Once the order has been confirmed, we will prepare it and send it within 24 hours (generally within 12 hours, except weekends and public holidays). Once the order has been sent, you will have the tracking number in your personal space, at the order level, or in the final confirmation email. The tracking number becomes effective 24 hours after sending your order, when the package is taken care of by the carrier. Then you will receive your package at home or at a pick-up point.
What happens if the order does not suit me?
If your order does not suit you, you have 14 days to change your mind. If there was an error in the order and you did not receive exactly the products ordered, we will exchange or send you the missing products. If you simply change your mind and want to return the order to us, you must pay the return costs (but you will be reimbursed for your entire order, including the initial shipping costs, unless it is a partial return ). Please see our “Terms of Sale” for more details.
I ordered a PDF tutorial. How do I receive it?
For the moment you can only order a PDF in French; on the French version of the website.

A PDF tutorial is a digital file, so it will not be sent in your package, on paper. This PDF tutorial is sent as a download link in the order confirmation email. If you only order this PDF’s tutorials (or only tutorials), the process is automatic, and you receive the email immediately (therefore no shipping costs). If you also order items (yarns, cottons, accessories, etc.), you will receive the confirmation email when the package is sent. From this moment you will be able to download the PDF (well before your package arrives). For more details, you can contact us by email: [email protected]

Where I can find my Loyalty Points ???
Since 10/21/2021 we have implemented the loyalty program. (so no order is taken into account before this date)

To be able to benefit from and receive loyalty points, the customer must create a customer account and connect to this account before placing an order.

Warning!!! In order for the loyalty points to be taken into account, the CUSTOMER must be connected to his account when “placing / validating” the order. If the CUSTOMER places his order as a guest, he will not be able to benefit from the loyalty points. Loyalty points will therefore not be counted.

Indeed for each euro spent on our store, the customer receives 1 loyalty point. When a customer account is created, the customer receives 10 loyalty points. For the 1st order placed on our shop, the customer receives 10 extra loyalty points.

From his account, the CUSTOMER can exchange the loyalty points for promo codes to be used on our shop. Every 20 points are worth €1.

Loyalty points and promo codes are valid for 180 days.
