Amigurumi Whiskers

Give your handmade amigurumi or plush toy its own character and authentic look with these black whiskers.

The whiskers can be paired with a plastic animal nose and consist of a plate with 5 black whiskers on each side. To attach, place the whiskers between the fabric/knit and the nose, then pass the thread (at the back of the nose) through the central hole of the attachment plate (whiskers) and the fabric or knit and secure it inside the amigurumi or plush toy. The whiskers can be sewn for extra strength.

• There are 6 sizes of whiskers, varying in length from 59 to 112 mm.
• The size of the mounting plate in the middle determines which nose size the whiskers fit to:
  • whiskers 59 mm fit animal nose 09 mm
  • whiskers 63 mm fit animal nose 12 mm
  • whiskers 75 mm fit animal noses 15 and 18 mm
  • whiskers 88 mm (1) fit animal nose 20 mm
  • whiskers 88 mm (2) fit animal noses 19, 23, and 24 mm
  • whiskers 112 mm fit nose 28 mm

The black whiskers are made of plastic and are available individually.
